We source the best Ibérico meats since we only work with suppliers of 100% pure breed Ibérico and acorn-fed free range. Certified organic or not, these meats come from the three main DOPs: Guijuelo, with its mild taste, Huelva and Extremadura. Whatever your choice, a consistently rich characteristic flavour is ensured in all obtainable cuts.
There’s a wide range of cured Ibérico meats, starting from prize-winning ham in all formats (whole, on the bone or pre-sliced) to chorizo, salchichón, cured tenderloin, Ibérico coppa, jowl and pancetta.
