We have a wonderful range of authentic pulses, from soft-skinned, hook-shaped Ganxet and tiny Santa Pau beans from Catalonia, to Pico Pardal chickpeas or Pardina lentils from Castille, appreciated by chefs from all around the world.

Iberflavours supplies rices for paella or any dish that need to absorb stock and release starch, like paella, as well as a long rice that ends up slightly looser once cooked.
