IBERFLAVOURS SL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Iberflavours SL sells fine Spanish foods to retail and catering establishments in the UK. Iberflavours SL does not sell to end consumers.
Iberflavours SL offers a selection of gourmet products sourced from independent artisan producers using high quality raw materials to produce restaurant quality foods free from artificial additives and preservatives.
Iberflavours SL requests some client details before supplying you with a client code which you can use to consult:
Once you have received your client code you will be able to place orders under the terms and conditions agreed.
The prices shown are those currently in force. Iberflavours SL has the right to modify the price list and the articles which appear on it whenever it considers this appropriate and without any previous notification.
The correct prices at any time are those which were listed at the time of the order being placed. If there is a price change between the order being placed and the delivery, the prices at the time of the order being placed are valid.
The prices are listed for individual units based on the purchase of a box. The number of units per box is decided by our suppliers and this cannot be altered.
Prices do not include VAT.
Prices include transport costs to the codes of London, South East and South West in the United Kingdom. If you wish to receive the goods at different postcodes, please contact our Sales Director, Shaun Harrison by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and he will look into your request.
Iberflavours SL only accepts orders of £300 and above.
The order will be placed for a specific point of delivery. If there is more than one point of delivery on the same date for the same client, the sum of the orders cannot be combined to make up the minimum price of £300 per order.

Orders placed with Iberflavours SL are subject to availability of the products. We do our utmost to ensure that all the products on offer are in stock. However we do reserve the right to accept any order or to cancel any order which has been confirmed if the products are out of stock. When this happens we contact the client by email to explain that there may be a delay and we suggest a similar product or the option of cancelling the order.
Under no circumstances are incomplete orders sent when there is a shortage of stock, unless the client is willing to pay the delivery charges for multiple deliveries.
Delivery days depend on your post code. All areas are covered on a weekly basis, for example the London area orders will be dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Brighton on Mondays.
Your delivery day /s will be given to you together with your customer number when we confirm your account. Orders must be placed before 5 p.m. of the day before dispatch . All orders placed after 5 p.m. will be dispatched on the following delivery day.
Deliveries to the client will take place between 9am and 5pm. Please inform us if you require deliveries outside these hours. Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered delivery days.
Invoicing and payment
Orders will be invoiced once the delivery has been confirmed by the transport company. Confirmation of delivery is made to Iberflavours SL on the day of delivery.
Iberflavours SL invoices sent to clients in the UK do not include VAT, as each client is responsible for his or her tax duties with their local tax office.
Payment can be as follows:
Returning of products
On receipt of the products the client must check that they are in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products you must indicate this on the delivery note.
To request any change or to return a product you must contact Iberflavours SL within 24 hours of receiving delivery, indicating the reason for wishing to return the product.
The product will be returned or it will be substituted with no additional cost to the client as long as the complaint is made in the time stipulated above.
In the event that the order does not correspond with the order which was placed, Iberflavours SL will pay the transport charges and will reimburse the sum of the unwanted product as long as it is in its original packaging and in perfect conditions.
Iberflavours SL will only use the client information with the aim of providing a better service, and will not sell or share this information with third parties.
All transactions are managed and controlled from Spain. These terms and conditions and all orders made to Iberflavours SL by any party are subject to Spanish Law and Spanish Law only. Any incidents will be dealt with by the Courts of Barcelona (Spain).
