Will these products sell?
All our products have a proven sale records in their native Spain. They are renowned for their originality and quality and many are high turn over lines in the delicatessen sections of rapidly expanding Catalan restaurant chain, Origin 99.9% Several are award winning. In the summer of 2006 we tested the range at various open air British food markets (Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cambridge and Hay on Wye) and were delighted by the response of the general public.
How are the products sourced?
Our products are sourced from well established, respected artisan producers keen to extend their success in Spain to the U.K. We have chosen our producers on the basis of their eco-friendly or organic production methods, product quality and commitment to food safety, originality and love for good food. All our products have been assessed by expert gourmets.
Can I buy these products from another British supplier?
All our range is brand new to the U.K. and exclusive to IBERFLAVORS S.L. We hope they will add an exciting new dimension to your continental range and prove a talking point amongst your customers.
Is there a problem with the products’ Spanish labeling?
IBERFLAVOURS S.L. understands that the presentation of a product is of great importance to your customer and original labeling adds to a product’s authenticity and sophistication. Following Food Standards Agency guidelines our products will retain their original Spanish labeling whilst carrying an approved translated label in English clearly stating product, ingredients, net weight, use by dates and potential allergy information. We also provide retailers with display material in order to market our range in store.
Where is the stock delivered from?
Depending on what is best for the product our stock is held in chilled or ambient UK facilities. It is delivered through reliable and professional carriers using temperature controlled vans.
How will products be delivered?
Products are delivered in full cases through a fleet of vans that offer the highest standards in multi-temperature transport.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery days depend on your post code. All areas are covered on a weekly basis, for example the London area orders will be dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Brighton on Mondays. Your delivery day /s will be given to you together with your customer number when we confirm your account. Orders must be placed before 2 p.m. on the day before dispatch . All orders placed after 2 p.m. will be dispatched on the following delivery day.
Who are you supplying at the moment?
Iberflavours started distributing in the U.K. in August 2008. Since then we have been meeting the demands of restaurants, caterers and independent fine food shops.
Is there a minimum order?
In order to ensure efficiency and keep our prices as low as possible we require minimum orders of 300Eur. This way distribution costs are covered without adversely affecting product prices.
Can I split boxes?
Iberflavours only sells to retailers and caterers - sectors which are likely to need multiple units per product. We believe that the effort of buying a full box in a specific product is preferable to charging the cost of picking in the prices of our products.
How do I pay?
Payment can be as follows:
1.Credit card: applicable only for on-line orders.
2.Transfer to be made within 7 days. 2% prompt payment discount applicable.
3.Transfer to be made within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Day one of the 30 days is the day of delivery. Confirmation of delivery is made to Iberflavours SL on the day of delivery.
Do I need to pay in advance?
In some circumstances Iberflavours SL reserves the right to request payment in advance but ordinarily we allow our clients 30 days to settle their invoice.
